Reiki is not confined to an office because reiki works by connecting to energetic frequencies that are outside the limitations of time, space, or matter.

Remote reiki healing sessions are ideal for those who can't travel or who may be dealing with illness or trauma. Being able to have a reiki session in the comfort of your home or where you can be at rest is sometimes the most ideal situation.

Fur-Baby Reiki™
When your dog's energy is aligned and flowing, the body, mind, and spirit can heal themselves. Whether your fur baby is healing from surgery, giving birth, or suffering from an illness, Fur-Baby Reiki™ eases pain, calms the spirit, and helps to ease anxiety.

Reiki therapy is also a great complementary therapy to the training process.

GUIDED MEDITATIONS
Mindfulness is awareness of yourself and the world you live in. It’s about calming your mind, body, and spirit so you can live a more fulfilled life.

Working with our mindfulness coaches, you will learn strategies for coping with anxiety, depression, work and life difficulties, trauma, and so much more, becoming more resilient to difficult experiences and approaching life with kindness and peace.

CLASSES & WORKSHOPS
Reiki is easy to learn and incorporate in your life. We offer a monthly Level I Usui Reiki class as well as a Level I Fur-Baby Reiki course. After Level I Reiki class you will feel confident to practice on yourself and to share with family and friends.
We are able to teach or treat clients at organizations, workplaces, events etc. Please contact us for more information.
